Professor Costas Andriopoulos (Module Leader)

Overview

Costas is a Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). He is also the Module Leader for ‘New Venture Creation’ on our online Global MBA course

Prior to joining Bayes, Costas also held positions at Cardiff Business School, Brunel Business School, University of Aberdeen Business School, and the University of Strathclyde Business School. 

His research areas include studying how organisational paradoxes enable innovation in the face of changing technological environments – particularly how entrepreneurial firms in high-velocity markets can excel at both incremental and discontinuous innovation.
