Dr Sonia Falconieri
Reader in Finance; Module Leader – Corporate Finance
Overview
Dr Sonia Falconieri is a reader in finance at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). She is also Module Leader for the ‘Corporate Finance’ course of our online MSc in Global Finance.
Dr Falconieri was previously a lecturer in finance at Brunel University. Her research interests are in corporate finance, specifically, initial public offerings, takeovers and the financing side of public private partnerships. Her articles have been published in some major journals such as the JEEA, The Review of Finance and Financial Management.
