Overview

Professor Barbara Casu is a professor of banking and finance and the Director of the Centre for Banking Research at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass). She is also the Module Leader for the ‘International Banking’ course of our online MSc in Global Finance.

Barbara is the author of the popular textbook “Introduction to Banking” (Pearson FT) and recently co-edited the Palgrave Handbook of European Banking.

Her main research interests are in empirical banking, financial regulation, structured finance, and corporate governance.
