Our scholarship has been designed to promote academic excellence and improve diversity within each cohort. Applications are open to self-funding students admitted onto the MSc in Global Finance.
Bayes will assess a candidate’s suitability for a scholarship on the following broad criteria:
- The personal profile of an applicant.
- An applicant demonstrating alignment with Bayes Business School’s core aims which are "To cultivate a persistent sense of curiosity rooted in knowledge and practice, to develop creative approaches to problems, and transform practice."
- Demonstrating clear passion for their subject and a desire to make a positive difference in both the business world and the Bayes Business School community.
How to apply
Please attach a Scholarship statement to your MSc application to accompany your personal statement. This should outline how you meet the criteria in no more than 500 words.

Recipients are expected to act as Bayes Ambassadors, committed to developing the ongoing success of the Programme and working closely with our Global Finance team.
Scholarships are variable and awarded on an ongoing basis. We strongly encourage you to apply early during the year as the process of selection is competitive and funds are limited.
The MSc Global Finance scholarship will cover up to 25% of the programme fee and is open for application to self-financing students. Scholarships or awards will be deducted from the second fee instalment.

Postgraduate students living in England can apply for a government-backed, non-means tested Postgraduate Master's Loan of up to £11,836.
Wales
Postgraduate students living in Wales can apply for Master's Finance and receive up to £17,489 as a combination of grant and loan.
USA
If based in the US, you may be able to apply for a Sallie Mae student loan. Our federal school code is G08693 and our OPEID is 00869300. You’ll be required to complete the Private Education Loan Applicant Self-Certification form and then email it to us. We recommend contacting one of our course advisers before applying; they’ll be well-equipped to assist you with the entire process.

We are also thrilled to offer a 10% tuition fee reduction to all University of London alumni who achieved 2.1 or above in their bachelor’s degree, and who meet all entry criteria for the programme.
If we make you an unconditional offer, your offer letter will contain a personalised link, which will enable you to accept your offer and pay a deposit of £1,000 by the deadline stated in your offer letter.
Your place on the MSc in Global Finance will not be secured until we have received your deposit. This can be paid by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer, and is deducted from your first instalment.
If you’re 100% sponsored by your company, we can normally waive the deposit on receipt of a completed sponsorship form (SP1).
